Philosophy and Beliefs

There are pros and cons associated with choosing to work with a smaller independent consulting organization versus one of the larger firms. This is our approach:

The problem:
An inability to determine exactly how much a project is going to cost.

Our solution:
We offer a total cost for the entire project up front. You will know exactly what the project will cost in its entirety before signing a contract.

The problem:
Switching consultants midstream, often to much less experienced staff members.

Our solution:
You and your staff will always deal directly with your primary consultant all issues, and will never be pawned off on a subordinate. While we may utilize assistants to compile data or for other administrative tasks, the primary analysis and customer interactions are always managed directly by your primary consultant.

The problem:
Over promised, under delivered.

Our solution:

We will not propose a solution that does not offer a substantial return on your investment. The value received from our services will always outweigh your costs.

The problem:
Lack of specialization.

Our solution:
We specialize in just a few well defined areas where we excel, and that’s all we do.

The problem:
Seemingly endless disruptions to operations.

Our solution:
We minimize this as much as possible. A degree of access to professional staff is usually required in order to achieve the objectives of a project, but with due diligence on the part of the consultant disruptions can be kept to a minimum.
